Panga Media Analytics is the property of Jarno Verdonk, located on the website of Panga Media, correspondingly property of Jarno Verdonk, from here on referred to as, “we”, “our”. The Panga Media Analytics application has been developed to track and analyze microstock sales over various websites. The application will be referred to as “Software” or “Application”. A microstock body or any other body allowing sales of media assets will be referred to as “Agency”. “User” refers to the application/individual/organization using our software.
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. Payments and user payment information is collected by a third-party (FastSpring). Likewise are the payment gateways used to process subscription payments. Any such information is stored on their dedicated servers to ensure the safety.
Our software can be used with an active license key. Your license key is personal and should not be shared with anybody. To ensure no misusage of the license, personal data such as your computer ID will be collected and stored by a third party (Keygen).Information about your license, activation and usage of the license will be stored on their dedicated servers in order to keep track of misusage.
Application of data
We can only guarantee the functioning of our software if the user provides us of additional information. This includes the following:
– We will redirect the user to the Agency login page and use the cookies of the browser
on his behalf after a successful login. We will not use neither store your password and
– The user allows us to collect sales data on his behalf, including sales date, price,
license type, customer type, purchase model etc..
– The user allows us to collect media metadata on his behalf. This could be keywords,
thumbnails, description, titles, file name etc..
– All data collection takes place without interruption or communication from our servers.
– We will supplement this data with public available data on the Agency website.
Storage of data
To guarantee the functioning of our software, required data will be stored locally. In no circumstance, we will share any sales data that has been collected. With the sole exception of the comparison of anonymized monthly sales data for the ranking feature in our software. And only, if the user has opted in for the ranking feature. The user can opt in and opt out at any time of the month. If the license is expired, data will not be deleted automatically from the disk. Hence, the user must delete the stored data when still having an active license or deleted the stored data manually after the license has been expired.
